To all our wonderful guests just an update of what’s happening at Bidadari Private Villas & Retreat- Ubud.
All our team here have had their first vaccine shots and some have already had the second vaccine shot so we are all well on the way to welcoming international guests. We are already welcoming guests from the domestic sector and that is helping to keep us busy and happy Bali Governor Wayan Koster has announced plans for a tourism scheme that would see the island of Bali introduce ‘Green Zones’ in a bid to welcome travellers.
Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Sandiaga Uno has indicated that crowd favourites like Nusa Dua, Kuta, Nusa Penida and Ubud are favourites to be designated as green zones.
We’ve also set in place the new normal in line with govt regulations to protect the health and safety of all our guests with hand washing facilities in front of reception and temperature testing on arrival, we also have protective screen at reception to ensure everyone stays healthy and safe.
Our villas are completely private each with their own garden and pool so there is extra protection for social distancing and we are making sure all the villas, cars and food areas are regularly and completely sanitised everyday.
Since the lockdown all of us have been working hard to ensure every guests total safety. On behalf of Bidadari family we want to say we cannot wait to see you all and ensure you have a happy healthy and safe stay and we exceed your expectations as a guest in our villas.

Introducing Our GM Mr Rana Diana and the team of dedicated professionals, many from our local village of Kelabang Moding, who love to show our guests their beautiful Balinese hospitality and their love of life and also their pride in being the success of Bidadari Private Villas & Retreat- Ubud…we salute you all.
We encourage the team at Bidadari to work as a team in all aspects of their job, from all learning English and practicing with each other, with monthly staff meetings and recognizing the team member who has gone above and beyond to help our guests and support other team members as well.
We support the team with updated training on a regular basis and also bringing in new ideas to make our guest’s holiday the best experience possible, we really value feed back from our guests which can only help us to improve our service and steer our team in the right direction.
